Glühwein

Mulled wine or Glühwein is a beverage with European origin. It is normally made with red wine and various spice and dried fruits.

For this recipe, you will need the following:

Cookware:

Copper Heating Kettle Kettle Mug Casserole

COPPER HEATING KETTLE

1,5 L KEttle

0.55 L Mug

Ø 22 Cm Casserole

Ingredients:

1 bottle of wine

6 cinnamon sticks

12 cloves

Lemon Rind

Star aniseed

Sugar

Preparation:

Pour the wine into the copper pan and slowly start heating it. When it is warm add the spices and the sugar.

Stir until the sugar is dissolved.

Heat strictly, but do not let it boil.

Add the lemon rinds and left it to heat for approximately 20 minutes.

If you wish to, at serving time, and to not get cold quickly, put the liquid in the copper kettle and savor it slowly in the company of your friends and family.
