Rice Pudding

To do this rice pudding recipe, you will need the following:

Cookware:

Casserole Casserole Copper Ladle Dessert Cup

Ø 26 Cm casserole

Ø 26 CM CASSEROLE

Copper Ladle

Copper Dessert Cup

Ingredients:

2 Taplespoons of butter

2 Cinnamon Sticks

1.5 L of Milk

250 Gr of rice

300 Gr of sugar

6 egg yolks

Salt

2 Lemon Peels

Powdered cinnamon

Instructions:

Place in the stove a copper pan with plenty of water and a pinch of salt. When the water boils, add the rice and as soon as it starts boiling leave cooking for 2 minutes.

In another pan, boil the milk with the cinnamon sticks and the lemon peels. Cook with the pan uncovered in slow fire.

Remove the rice from the fire and add the sugar, quickly stirring.

Add the egg yolks and the butter.

Take the rice again to a very slow fire for a few minutes, without letting it boil. Pour the sweet rice in bowls or in little plates and sprinkle with the powdered cinnamon.
